(*): Young A and Young B rates apply only to participants under 30 years of age as of May 17, 2006. Identification (driver's license or passport) is required onsite upon registration check-in, and age will be verified at that time.

Registration Fee Entitlements

Senior and Young A registration fee covers : entrance to the meeting rooms and attendance to all scientific sessions, workshops + continental breakfast and breaks + a copy of the Conference Handbook + admission to the Opening Reception + attendance at the Gala Dinner.

Young B registration fee covers : the same as Young A, excluding attendance at the Gala Dinner.

Thursday, Friday or Saturday only registration fee covers : entrance, on ONE DAY only to the meeting rooms and attendance to all scientific sessions, workshops + continental breakfast + breaks + a copy of the Conference Handbook.

Accompanying person registration fee covers admission to the Opening Reception + attendance at the Gala Dinner.

The form is to register one participant or accompanying person only. Payments and/or registration forms received by VIP Meetings & Conventions after the deadlines will not be accepted.

Registration will be confirmed by e-mail immediately upon payment approval/confirmation. Please mark on the registration form all the events you plan to attend.

Cancellations and refunds* policy
